In these Terms, "Rheba", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Rheba Intelligence Systems Limited. "You" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using the Services. "Services" means the Rheba platform, software, APIs, websites, documentation, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Scope of Services

Rheba provides AI enabled software tools to assist with information retrieval, maintenance intelligence, documentation analysis, and operational support.

The Services are assistive and informational only.
They do not replace professional judgement.
They do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific use.

You remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, maintenance activities, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.

4. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rheba disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

5. AI Generated Outputs

AI generated outputs:

Are probabilistic in nature
May be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
Are provided for informational purposes only

All outputs must be reviewed and validated by a qualified human before use. Rheba accepts no responsibility for actions taken based on AI generated outputs.

6. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload or provide.

You grant Rheba a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Rheba does not sell customer data and does not use customer data to train public or shared AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Data Security and Availability

Rheba applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Service interruptions, delays, or data loss may occur. Rheba shall not be liable except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the Services unlawfully
Upload content you do not have rights to
Attempt to compromise platform security
Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services

Rheba may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Third Party Services

The Services may rely on third party infrastructure or integrations. Rheba is not responsible for third party failures or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rheba is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Rheba's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding twelve months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rheba against claims arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your data or content
Breach of these Terms
Failure to comply with laws or safety requirements

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Rheba may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

13. Changes

Rheba may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement unless superseded by a signed written agreement.
